Dr. Ramiz Zekaj is a scholar on Orientalism and Islamic law and the founder of the Albanian Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization, an NGO he founded in 1996. He is the author of several books and heads the scientific department of the cultural scientific magazine “Universe”.
